Returns Policy

Full Price Items

We accept returns for a refund to your original payment method within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In original condition and packaging
  • Free from marks (including makeup, fake tan, deodorant, or scents)

To initiate a return, simply contact us via email at hello@moco.com.au or through Instagram - no complicated forms required.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • All refunds will be issued minus any transaction fees charged by third-party providers (such as banks, Shopify, or payment gateways), as these fees are not returned to us when a refund is processed.

Sale Items / Promotional Periods

Items purchased during sale or promotional periods are not eligible for refunds.

We offer:

  • Exchanges, or
  • Store credit

Exchanges

Need a different size? No problem.

To request an exchange, contact us via email or Instagram.

  • Return shipping is covered by the customer
  • A $10 flat rate will be charged to resend your exchanged item

As a growing brand, this helps us keep our shipping costs sustainable while continuing to offer great service.


Afterpay Orders

If you choose to pay via Afterpay, please note:

  • Refunds will be issued minus Afterpay fees (approx. $0.30 + ~5% of the order value)
  • This is because these fees are not returned to us when refunds are processed

If you’d prefer to avoid this deduction, we recommend choosing an exchange or store credit.


Bundle Purchases

If you return part of a bundle, the bundle pricing will no longer apply.

Your refund will be adjusted based on the standard individual item prices. 

Faulty Items

All our pieces are quality checked before dispatch.

If you believe your item is faulty:

  • Please contact us as soon as possible with photos
  • Once approved, we will:
    • Replace the item, or
    • Offer a full refund if the item is unavailable

Important Notes

  • We currently ship within Australia only
  • We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind outside the stated return window
