moco actv was created to support women to move confidently through one of life’s biggest transitions - motherhood.

After becoming a mum, I struggled to find activewear that truly understood what my body needed. Pieces were either supportive but restrictive, or comfortable but lacking the structure to move with confidence.

As an Exercise Physiologist, I’ve spent years understanding the female body - how it changes, recovers, and adapts through pregnancy and postpartum. moco actv was built from that knowledge.
